John left for his trip to NYC this morning, so I am officially on my own in Germany for about a week. John is a big proponent of me going out and doing stuff when he is not around and he worries that I will sit around and do nothing because I am such a big homebody. He doesn't see the value and relaxation in sitting at home enjoying a good book when I could be out on the town socializing with people. I am completely content to stay home and read, watch tv, or exercise, but I do see his point (sometimes).
So...in honor of my husband I am committing myself to trying/doing 6 new, fun things over the course of the next six days. Check back for a daily update on what I am up to while I am home alone in Germany! I will try my best to make it exciting!
