La Casa Toppel

In addition to being very excited about our brand new baby girl, we are also very excited that we will soon be moving back into our house! We got possession back from the tenants on the 31st of March, but we are taking the month of April to do some work on it so that everything is fresh and just the way we want it for our move in.

We stopped by yesterday after our Mom and Baby check up because I haven't seen any of the work that has been done and we took turns checking out the progress while the other waited in the car with baby Grace.

Here are some pics that John took. 

 we took out the back deck and will now have  a cement patio

 nothing new is happening in the kitchen besides a fresh coat of paint

we now have a handy outlet inside the bathroom cabinet so John's razor doesn't have to sit out on the counter.

And of course we look forward to decorating Grace's nursery in the room that used to be my office. We are changing the paint color and her crib will get delivered once we move in.

We are really really excited to move back into the house. It will be nice to have more space and more storage for all of our stuff. Just about two more weeks of apartment living for this little family.
