Also, it will be good to get some more info from the doctor about how she is doing in there. Hopefully my fluid levels are good and she is not experiencing any kind of stress or distress. She has been in the "ready" position for weeks now so I am not quite sure why it's taking her so long to come out. Maybe that means a quick delivery once things get going? I can always hope right?
I actually got dressed in something besides sweatpants today and headed to the district office to work with a few colleagues on our grant proposal to get iPads for all Kindergarten students next year. It was nice to get out of the house and talk shop a bit. Afterward I went to Trader Joe's and bought half of their frozen entree section so we have some stuff to eat right after Grace is born. I can guarantee I won't be doing much cooking in the immediate future.
Here's the belly
and the super excited soon to be Daddy!
